What We’re Looking For

Network Operations and Site Reliability Engineer

Now, we’re on the hunt for a skilled Network Operations and Site Reliability Engineer to lead our technical operations and ensure our digital infrastructure is robust, secure and scalable.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Operational Excellence. Lead and manage network operations for Medical.watch to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of our digital services.

Infrastructure Management. Oversee the design, deployment and maintenance of our network infrastructure, continuous deployment systems, developer environments and system resources ensuring it meets current and future needs.

Incident Response. Lead incident response and management, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift resolution of any technical issues.

Automation and Efficiency. Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Collaboration. Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and security of our systems.

Performance Monitoring. Implement and manage tools for monitoring network performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing potential issues.
What We’re Looking For

Experience. Proven track record in network operations, site reliability engineering or a related field, with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Expertise. Deep understanding of network architecture, protocols and technologies, along with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Google Workplace preferred).

Problem-Solving Skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
