Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Content Wizardry. Craft engaging, on-brand content for our social media platforms (think Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram) that captivates our audience and keeps them coming back for more.

  • Trendspotting. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging the latest social media trends and tools to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

  • Engagement Guru. Build and nurture the Medical.watch community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful connections.

  • Analytics Ace. Dive into the data to track and measure the success of our social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Creative Collaborator. Work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our goals and vision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience. Proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating engaging content (bonus points if you’ve worked with startups or in a fast-paced environment).

  • Medical Expertise. Scientific degree or background in oncology or hematology.

  • Creativity. A flair for storytelling and a knack for creating eye-catching visuals and copy.

  • Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand voice.

  • Proactivity. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion. A genuine love for social media and a deep understanding of how it can be used to build and engage a community.

Network Operations and Site Reliability Engineer

Now, we’re on the hunt for a skilled Network Operations and Site Reliability Engineer to lead our technical operations and ensure our digital infrastructure is robust, secure and scalable.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Operational Excellence. Lead and manage network operations for Medical.watch to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of our digital services.

  • Infrastructure Management. Oversee the design, deployment and maintenance of our network infrastructure, continuous deployment systems, developer environments and system resources ensuring it meets current and future needs.

  • Incident Response. Lead incident response and management, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift resolution of any technical issues.

  • Automation and Efficiency. Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

  • Collaboration. Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and security of our systems.

  • Performance Monitoring. Implement and manage tools for monitoring network performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing potential issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience. Proven track record in network operations, site reliability engineering or a related field, with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Expertise. Deep understanding of network architecture, protocols and technologies, along with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Google Workplace preferred).

  • Problem-Solving Skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Adaptability. A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Passion. A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to driving operational excellence in digital healthcare.
